recognised by Guinness Book of Records

IARU Region 1 HST speed record recognised by Guinness Book of Records.
On 8th of November 2004 Guinness World Records LTD recognized the
achievement of Andrei Bindasov, EU7KI, in transmission of mixed marks
made during the last HST World Championship in Belarus as the GUINNESS
WORLD RECORD.
This achievement has now been included in the Guinness records database
as follows:
"ON 6 MAY 2003 ANDREI BINDASOV (BELARUS) TRANSMITTED 216 MARKS OF MIXED
TEXT PER MINUTE DURING THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR RADIO UNION WORLD
CHAMPIONSHIP IN HIGH SPEED TELEGRAPHY IN BELARUS"
Andrei has already received the official Certificate from the Guinness
company.
