During the last IARU Region 1 C5 Interim Meeting in Vienna it was discussed to try to invitate the organizers to align times and dates of their contest (Document VIE13_C5_10).

At the end of discussion it was decided to establish a IARU Contest Calendar and compiled by Alex IV3KKW. The result of his work can be found at 2014 IARU Reg.1 Contest Calendar
