Oct. 21th, 2019 — Recently it has been observed that several stations have been using the 60m band in Portugal using their own CEPT License. The use of 5 MHz are only authorized in Portugal with a special authorization from ANACOM due to the fact that the band is shared with the military.
WRC-15 frequencies and the still authorized older frequencies of 5288.5, 5371.5, 5380.5 and 5403.5 kHz are not included in the CEPT privileges in this country. So, all stations signing CT7/<callsign>/p are not legally transmitting in 5 MHz and might cause ANACOM to act, unless they got the permit to do so.
This is valid for CT8, Azores, and CT9, Madeira, as well.
