Regional Conferences

Each IARU Region holds a General Conference every three years, timed so that there is one regional conference every year. Their role is to decide Regional Policy and set the Regional work agenda and budget for the following three years.

In Region 1, the venue of a Conference is decided by the previous General Conference, based on offers made by Member Societies. Details of the next Region 1 Conference can be found in the News and Events section of this website.
